I just can't help mentally replacing "white" with "black" (etc.) any time I hear these folks talk. It helps me put in perspective how racist what's being said is, while lots of other folks are listening and nodding. Amazing.
Amen. There is a group in Cole that says they're something like "A Group of color with a few white allies". Try getting your mind around the outcry if I started a "Group of whites with a few allies of color."
