No coffee shop at 37th and Franklin?
Just found this article suggesting the place is for rent again:
Sounds like she's renting both sides (3700 and 3704)...
Hmmm... anyone know the story?

I had been wondering about the elusive coffee shop myself, but I met the guys running the shop recently, and they said they hope to be open in the beginning of march. They also had a small art show on the premisis a month or so back, as well as occasional live music blaring from inside.... They seem like nice young guys running the place, but well see if it lasts, fingers crossed
I had been wondering about the coffee shop due to the apparent lack of activity, but recently met the two guys who are going to be running the shop and they said the plan to open for business in the beginning of March. They have also hosted a small art show and "band practice" with a steady stream of young guys and girls in and out. They seem like nice young guys, I really hope the place is a success (fingers crossed)!
