Just an observation...
Anyone else notice that the same locals here that can't afford a lawnmower to keep the weeds down, can't afford water to keep their trees from dying, and that don't care that their home is in a perpetua state of deterioration, can find money to pimp out their homes extravagantly for Halloween?

The day after halloween I saw a christmas tree up in someones front window...it was all done up...well, just like Christmas! :)
Seen the huge, glowing, inflatable Grinches, Snowmen, Elves and Reindeer? It's pretty funny, but nice that folks have the holiday spirit.
Now the people with christmas lights and decorations in their front yard in July? That's another story...
