I have been reading through most of your posts as I am considering moving to the neighborhood at the end of the month. I don't know though, the post about the kitten with the update about its death by being set on fire . . . well maybe it's not the right area for me. I suppose cats can be set on fire in any neighborhood . . . well anyhow just wanted to say that I have enjoyed reading your blog.
Thanks for reading. I try to shoot straight when it comes to Cole. Things are much better here than they were a couple years ago, and the pace of change and improvement has definitely become quicker. However, it is the city, and sh*t happens in the city. I'll say this though--While I'm ready to move to the 'burbs like most white people do at some point, as far as living in the city, I'd rather live in Cole than Whittier, Park Hill, or even Cap Hill. So, in other words, if you're OK with living in the city, Cole is a good choice. But Cole, like Cap Hill, Whittier, etc., is no Highlands Ranch. For better and for worse.

I want one too. Not the burning kitty (beyond heinous) but the door mat. Please. ~msh
